James Bong Creative Residency offers semi-private co-working spaces for emerging, mid-career, and established creatives.

The mission of the James Bong Creative Residency is to revitalize Downtown San Francisco into a central hub for dynamic and engaging gatherings, fueled by the voices of the most passionate and skillful.

In addition to the rental studio space, every quarter, we award several artists with access to our Work Trade Exchange Program, providing them with no-cost studio access. This initiative is designed to support artists who contribute to Bay Area culture, particularly those from or working to serve historically underserved communities, and to help raise visibility for local talent.
